Experts say hackers will target most organizations at some point, so groups should have plan in place to deal with aftermath When hackers hit an online store on the American Bankers Association's website last year, the group decided the wrong response would be to sweep the incident under the rug. Instead, ABA issued a public alert notifying 6,400 account holders that their passwords and user names may have been compromised. A special page with details about the data breach was set up on its website for everyone to see.
